The Barton Health Festival of Trees and Lights is the premier holiday event in South Lake Tahoe. Stroll through our holiday wonderland as you view more than 30,000 lights on 15 exquisitely decorated designer trees, local school trees, and the glorious holiday decor! Vote for your favorite tree in the festival's "People's Choice Award" contest. Settle down to watch the entertainment on our Festival Stage, place a bid in our silent auction, participate in one of amazing raffles, or pick up a holiday treat at our Mrs. Claus' Gift Shop. Create holiday memories by taving a photo with Santa. Kids will want to capture the holiday fun by creating crafts and posting a letter to Santa in the Gingerbread Junction and visiting the Teddy Bear Hospital where they can safely experience the love and care of Barton Health. There is fun for everyone at the Festival of Trees and Lights!
